In 2022, we constructed a two-storey prototype building in Wielki Łęck (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship) using the BIOPAN components technology. The building includes two demonstration single-occupancy apartments, each with an area of 30 m².
The building was assembled from prefabricated components produced in the manufacturing facility, including the main structural system, walls, floors, and roof slabs. The on-site works included roof and terrace waterproofing, installation of a ventilated façade, and interior finishing.
The prototype building underwent a series of tests (thermographic inspections, airtightness testing, indoor air quality assessments, and acoustic testing), which confirmed the advantages of the BIOPAN components technology. The prototype was designed and constructed in a way that allows for its disassembly and the reuse of building components in another structure.
